What it means
- Sales cooled from July to September in every segment, from 382 total sales to 278.
- Against September 2025, supply is down 10.1% and new listings are down 20.2%, while sales were down 11.2%.
- That leaves the market about even with a year ago, with 11.41% of inventory sold versus 11.55%. At that pace it's a buyer's market, and median prices are lower in 2 of 3 property types.
