Is the home evaluation really free?
Yes. It's free and there's no obligation to list your home.
Is a market evaluation the same as an appraisal?
No. A market evaluation is my professional opinion of likely market value, based on comparable sales, market data and the home itself. An appraisal is a formal valuation by a certified appraiser, often required by lenders.
How is this different from an online estimate?
Online estimates use automated models and public data. They can't see your renovations, condition, view or the specific street. A personal evaluation accounts for those details and the most relevant recent sales.
